Stonehenge: the crystal that unlocks emotions

An extremely important and evocative name: many mysteries surround the place known as Stonehenge, the most famous stone circle in Europe, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. Its history is so obscure and hidden in the depths of time that several legends have arisen to explain its existence and construction.

I won’t deny that before writing about this crystal, I thought a lot. As you have undoubtedly guessed, I test crystals on myself and on the people who come to my studio.

Since I was very little, I did strange things with stones… My father was a farmer, and while he worked the land, I collected stones. This is something many of us have done in some way. The strange thing for me was that they were already masters of balance. Everywhere, I kept huge quantities hidden in the crevices of the earth.

Today, I find myself doing the same thing.

Stonehenge: a very powerful gem

The Stonehenge crystal practically stunned me. I felt something very strong. During the first three days, I had a sort of circle in my head: I was very surprised! I practically live surrounded by crystals (in my bed, under my bed, in my two studios); they are everywhere, but I have never felt anything this strong.

One night, I dreamt of the Earth, the symbols of history that were gifted to us.

I had a complete vision of everything I have done so far.

I must say that I am an instinctive person (I always do what I feel).

I have always believed that crystals intercede positively in our lives, acting as messengers of our existence, and that if we know how to listen, they give us the possibility to help ourselves greatly.

These symbols, which we discover all over the world, are, for me, a message that humans have tried to transmit about what crystals can do.

My life is connected to them: I owe everything to the world of crystals. The vibrations they give us, transmitted through our bodies, are information from the Earth. The depth at which they work depends on us, or rather, on how willing we are to go deep within ourselves.

The Stonehenge crystal helped me understand this. Working on ourselves at this depth is not easy: to expose ourselves, to let go of everything—ego and attachment—is not simple. Yet I assure you that these small gems have this ability: to lay us bare (in every sense), removing the unnecessary to find our true essence.

Stonehenge: the crystal that unlocks emotions

From an energetic perspective, based on what I have discovered through treatments, Stonehenge works on long-held emotional blockages.

The liver and gallbladder are the main organs associated with this crystal, so it can trigger deep anger.

For example, when applied to the ears, the reaction can be strong: the stone can help you feel the truth, to perceive reality as it is, even if you don’t want to hear it.

For deep work, I recommend placing this crystal on the navel.

Additionally, if possible, I suggest, before doing reflexology, to soak your feet with this crystal, adding cypress and lemon balm leaves.
