Kunzite was discovered in 1902 in California by gemologist G.F. Kunz, after whom it was named. I’ll tell you more about him shortly, because for me, he represents what “a successful man” means.
It was initially also presented as the “California Iris”.
Feminine gem par excellence. As we were saying, it is a brand new discovery (in the field of gemology, one hundred years is the blink of an eye…) and is considered, together with Tanzanite, the greatest gift to crystal therapy of the twentieth century. Kunzite is a unique color that ranges from pastel pink to lilac, depending on the orientation and traces of manganese.
The yellow-green variety, due to the presence of iron, is called Hiddenite.
Sometimes its color is a little pale at first, but when it shows all its saturation it remains imprinted in the eyes and in the heart. Being pleochroic, the intensity of its color ranges changes depending on the observation point and ambient light.

Stone of humility, decision and good humor
Kunzite is a friend of our soul, generating a spirit of dedication and sacrifice, which leads to completing even difficult tasks.
It teaches us to lower our heads, never out of surrender, but out of concrete commitment to what is in front of us! It pushes us to help others and to be available, however stopping us when this would mean betraying ourselves. In fact, it sometimes even leads to criticism, but always with a benevolent constructive spirit.

With it we embark on the long path of Humility.
Counteracts depressive states, instilling serenity and good mood.
This is especially due to the fact that it contains lithium. And this very presence makes it beneficial in the path of liberation from any type of dependence or addiction.
It fights anxieties and wards off panic attacks, which are now too present in our modern and frenetic life. It helps to get rid of childhood fears and blocks.
For the body it relieves pain related to the nervous system, such as sciatica, neuralgia and epileptic manifestations. It also supports the cardiac region.

Now, friends, let’s ask ourselves what the proverbial ‘love at first sight‘ is, a term that is both abused and rarely encountered (sometimes only once in a lifetime).
Love at first sight is pure magnetism, an immediate attraction that arises from the body and expands relentlessly, capturing the mind and taking over the heart.
It presents itself in that single, dazzling, revealing moment in which we are hit by an enormous flow of genetic, sexual, psychochemical and vital information.
This creates an irresistible current, a sudden field of energy that we share with that person and that only.
This crystal is at the root of that deep love between two people who bond for life.
I gladly give it as a gift to couples who get married, or who start living together, as a symbol of a unique and unrepeatable union. Something the world has never encountered before!

And now we come to our friend the explorer and pioneer of rocks:
George Frederick Kunz was born in New York in 1856, and developed an innate passion for gemology as a child.
At just 16 years old he already has a collection of over 600 stones and an encyclopedic knowledge of the sector, all due to his self-taught patience.
Given that sometimes, perhaps too few of you friends would say, commitment and passion are rewarded, he finds himself at just 23 years old as deputy director of Tiffany (sic!) and responsible for the entire gem sector.
He will then have a long career and unimaginable possibilities for that boy in love with stones who I like to imagine always with his head in the clouds but with his gaze intently on the earth.
We always chase our dreams, without forgetting that they cannot be achieved without sacrifice.
Nothing is given to us, also because what we manage to conquer has a very different flavor.
But like the young Kunz friends, we are not afraid to set our goals too high!
